Comfortable beds, clean towels provided. Helpful and friendly front desk staff. Convenient elevator and laundry room. Multiple bathrooms available. Perfect location near Central Park and Times Square. Good heating and safe access. Budget-friendly option.

The location is excellent: about 10 minutes walk from Times Square.
Breakfast is limited to 2 slices of bread with jam. The bedding looked a bit ugly.

The location is very good. You're a few blocks from times square and a few blocks from central park. The area is full of reasonably priced food stores that you can go to without walking too much when you come in from walking all day.
It said breakfast was included but what we had in the mornings and only from 8am to 9am was hot water, a box of tea, sugar, slices of bread and jam, nothing else. That was not considered breakfast and it was not for everyone, only for those who arrived early. I would take the included breakfast out of the description of this hostel.

I got incredible value for my money at this hostel. The room was clean, comfortable, and just a few blocks from Central Park. The location was fantastic, with the underground station right next door and Times Square just a short walk away. The staff, especially Eric, were friendly, communicative, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was memorable.
The breakfast could use some improvement, perhaps by offering a wider variety of options.

Very good location, and good value for money
At breakfast there was only tea and a bread roll that if you came from the last one there was no more.

Very good location
It's not very clean. The staff doesn't control whether people make noise or not. The breakfast is very, very poor, not worth paying anything for

I was in New York for a few days and the location was perfect. It was so close to all the action and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff was incredibly friendly and always went out of their way to help, even with acts of generosity. One morning, I was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful voices of a children's choir. It was such a unique and delightful experience. The facilities were nice and I really appreciated the free coffee machine with a wide selection. The wifi was also reliable, which was a big plus. a great stay!
I would definitely recommend this hotel.

hostel has all the basics, location is good and it's perfect if you're out walking and getting to know NYC all day. rooms are comfortable and bathrooms are very clean.
At one point we were moved to a room that was not prepared, was not heated and had no soap or shower curtain. The kitchen could have been better, with a microwave or something cooler for breakfast.

I recently stayed at Jazz On Columbus Circle for Christmas and New Year's Eve. The location was great and the place was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful, quickly addressing any issues we had. The breakfast consisted of rolls, marmalade, coffee, and tea. The rooms were well-structured and comfortable, and I appreciated the nice balconies. it was good value for money.
I do recommend this hotel.
